Recipe

  • STEP 1 Defrosting

    put the product in refrigerator for defrosting

  • STEP 2 Preparing water

    Boil 500ml water for 10 more minutes.

  • STEP 3 Putting ingredients

    Put siraegi into the boiled water then put mackerel then put 1/2 sauce (add sauce by your preference)

  • STEP 4 Boiling up

    At weak/medium fire, boil for 20 more minutes and watch until the water gets reduced.

  • STEP 5 TIP

    By preference, you can also add bean sprout, minari, chili pepper, green onion, garlic, onion etc
